At Looniverse, we take pride in providing high-quality specialty balloons from world-leading brands like Sempertex, Cattex, Tuftex, and Suzuki. Because balloons are delicate, single-use items, we have specific requirements for returns to ensure the quality and safety of our stock.
Please choose your items carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind once an order has been processed or shipped.
To be eligible for a return under the Australian Consumer Law (for faulty or incorrectly described goods), the following conditions must be met:
Unopened Packaging: Once a packet of balloons has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and quality control standards.
No Refunds for Burst Balloons: We do not provide refunds or replacements for balloons that have been inflated or have burst. Balloons are fragile and susceptible to over-inflation, temperature changes, and surface friction once they leave the packet.
Timeframe: Any claims for faulty or missing items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you believe you have received a faulty product (e.g., a manufacturing defect visible in its uninflated state) or the wrong item, please follow these steps:
Do not open the individual balloon packets.
Take clear photos of the product and the packaging.

Please include the following in your email:
Your Order Number (e.g., #INV-1234).
A clear description of the issue.
High-resolution photos of the product in its unopened and uninflated state.
Once we receive your email, our team will review the details and photos. If a return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Replacements: If the item is in stock, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
