Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the delicate nature of balloon products, the following rules apply:
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a “change of mind.”
Opened Packages: Once a packet of balloons has been opened, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refundedfor hygiene and quality control reasons.
Inflated or Burst Balloons: We do not provide refunds or replacements for balloons that have been inflated or have burst. Balloons are fragile; once they are subjected to inflation (via air or helium), external factors such as over-inflation, temperature, surface friction, or sharp objects are outside of our control.
Faulty Items: If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect prior to inflation, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the defect in its uninflated state.
3. Product Representation and AI Imagery
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, please note the following:
AI-Generated Images: Some images on this website (including model photography and product demonstrations) are AI-generated. While we review these images to ensure they are representative of the product’s intended use and style, they are for illustrative purposes only.
No Responsibility for Inaccuracies: We take no responsibility for incorrect product images or discrepancies between AI-generated visuals and the physical product.
Variations: Colors and shapes may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and the inflation process. Balloons may appear differently once fully opaque or stretched.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Looniverse is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be cleared in full before goods are dispatched.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Looniverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Warning: Balloons are a choking hazard. Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons from children and discard broken balloons at once.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
