Yes. We prioritise your privacy by using neutral, unbranded packaging. It is impossible to tell what is inside from the exterior.
International Orders: For deliveries outside of Australia, we may be required to attach a customs declaration. We list the contents as “Party Supplies” to ensure smooth and discreet processing.
To maintain discretion, the sender is listed as “M. RATCLIFFE.” The name “Looniverse” does not appear anywhere on the outside of the package.

We ship every Monday through Friday. We typically process and pack orders from morning until noon.
Electric Pumps: If your order includes an electric balloon pump, please allow and additional 5–7 business days for dispatch, as these are often ordered specifically from our distributor.
While most shipments arrive on time (or even early), delays can occur due to carrier issues, strikes, or weather. Please contact us if there is a concern.
To maximize their lifespan, store balloons in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Protection: UV light and oxygen accelerate aging. We recommend keeping them in our resealable zip-lock bags.
Shelf Life: When stored correctly, balloons generally last two years or more. Note that some brands (like Qualatex) tend to last longer than others (like Tuftex).
Small irregularities, such as “windows,” air pockets, or light folds, are a normal part of the manufacturing process. These typically do not affect the balloon’s durability or performance.
When to contact us: If you notice significant weak spots while the balloon is uninflated, please reach out before using them so we can assist you.
No. Much like you cannot return food after it has been eaten, we cannot accept returns for popped balloons.
Inspection: Please inspect your balloons for visible defects before inflation. Once a balloon is inflated, it is impossible to determine if a pop was caused by a material flaw or over-inflation/handling.
Manufacturing Flaws: If you find a visible defect before use, contact us immediately and we will find a solution.
No. We only sell 100% new and unused balloons. Inflating or stretching them before shipping would compromise the latex integrity and increase the risk of popping later. You will always receive fresh, high-quality goods.
